Troubleshooting the Broadcast

We are sorry that you are having trouble with the broadcast.

For most users, clearing the “cache” of your browser should solve this problem. Here are the steps you should follow:

  • From Internet Explorer: Tools –> Internet Options –> Browsing History, “Delete…” –> Check “Temporary Internet Files” and hit “Delete”. After this, restart your browser and try opening the broadcast again.
  • From Chrome: Hit the wrench button –> “Under the Hood” Tab –> “Clear Browsing Data” –> Select “Empty the cache” and then hit the “Clear Browsing Data” button. After this, restart your browser and try opening the broadcast again.
  • From Firefox: Tools –> Clear Recent History –> Check “Cache” and then hit “Clear now”. After this, restart your browser and try opening the broadcast again.
  • From Safari: “Safari” Menu (top left) –> “Empty Cache…” and then hit “Empty”. After this, restart your browser and try opening the broadcast again.
