FIRST — To add the remaining POWER schedule to your computer, first save the calender. To do that, right click this link and select “Save Link As…” and save the file where you will be able to find it.
Using Google
If you have a Google account, you can make the POWER schedule a Google calendar and then sync it to your computer’s calendar. You can make a Google Account by clicking here.
You will need to add the calendar to your Google calendars. From your Google account, go to the Calendars tab and create a New Calendar called “2011 POWER Schedule,” or whatever you would like to make it easy for to find. To do this, click “Add” under the “My Calendars” tab on left side of the screen.
After you create the calendar, click the gear on the top right corner of your screen and click “Use Classic Version”. After you do this, on the left side of the screen, under “Other Calendars” click “Add” and then “Import Calendar.”
Import the file you saved from the top of the page to your newly created Google calendar, which will be named “2011 POWER Schedule” unless you chose a different name.

With Microsoft Outlook
With Microsoft Outlook, you can easily add the POWER schedule to your Outlook calender. Under the Calendars tab on Outlook select the “File” menu and then select “Import and Export.” Follow the steps to import an iCalendar file.
With iCal
- Open iCal on your computer
- Go to File –> Import… –> Import…
- When the dialogue box opens, import the file you just downloaded from the above link
- Click “New Calendar” from the dropdown box
