Palm Springs, Calif ~The POWER continue their historic season earning their 25th straight victory in a 13-4 win over the California Jays. On the mound Jake Dahle threw 7 innings only allowing 2 runs while striking out 4 to earn the victory. New additions Jake Guerra and Brandon Rushing closed out the 8th and 9th to help keep the Jays bats quiet and help secure the victory.
Offensively the POWER erupted in the 6th inning, extending their 1 run lead into 7 thanks to some solid hitting by Brett Young, Trevor McKinley, Logan Williams and Ryan Sepede to put the Jays down deep. The POWER were lead offensively by Shortstop Austin Bull who went 2 for 4 with a stolen base.
The POWER will look to sweep the Jays and earn their 26th straight victory tomorrow night at 7:05 PM here at Palm Springs Stadium. Sundays are Sunday Fundays at the ballpark as every fan in attendance can enjoy $2 Bud and Bud Light drafts along with $2 ice cream!
