PALM SPRINGS, CA – The Palm Springs Power got ahead early and held on to defeat the So Cal Outlaws 7-5 Tuesday night at Palm Springs Stadium.
Carney Chamberlain led the POWER offense, going 3-for-4 with two RBIs and a run. The Power pounded out 13 hits en route to victory.
Doug Finley earned his first win of the season, coming on in the fourth to pitch two and two-thirds innings.
Palm Springs is back in action tomorrow night when they take on the OC Pioneers at Palm Springs Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05.
