The Palm Springs POWER held their 11th-annual youth camp on Tuesday where more than 50 young athletes showed up to improve their baseball skills with the assistance of the POWER players and coaching staff.

The participants honed their skills in the areas of bunting, fielding, hitting, base running and throwing. They ended day one of camp with a scrimmage.

“I love the environment and the whole feel of a professional baseball environment,” said little league coach Michael Burke, who brought three kids to the camp. “I would definitely recommend this for all age groups”.

The kids will return on Wednesday and Thursday for the final two days of camp. Parents can still sign up their children for the remainder of camp at 8 AM at Palm Springs Stadium at 1901 E. Baristo Rd Palm Springs, CA.

The last two days of the camp will be held from 8 am – 12 pm. For more information about the camp call (760) 778-4487 or visit our website at https://palmspringspowerbaseball.com.
