PALM SPRINGS, Calif- The Palm Springs POWER lit it up on the field as they beat the Inland Valley Bucs, 15-2. Brett Finnel pitched for 6 innings and had an amazing night on the hill. He threw 81 pitches, struck out 14 batters, and allowed 1 hit. The pitching continued as Joey Mazzetti came in to pitch three innings and recorded the save. He struck out 5 batters and allowed 2 runs. POWER first baseman Noah Blythe went 4 for 6 with four runs and a double.
