15 POWER players nominated to All-Star team

The POWER was well represented in the first Century 21 Mirage All-Star Game on July 18^th with participation from 13 players.  Wes Oberlin and Ryan Wheeler started the night off by partaking in the Home Run Derby.  Oberlin blasted two home runs off of the batter’s eye in dead center field and Wheeler belted a moon-shot over the right field wall.  Trevor York started the game for the East All-Stars and was followed by Alan Gatz, Michal Leal, Jared Miller and Kevin Bissell in relief.  Kent Walton started in center field and singled in the East’s only run in the bottom of the 1^st.  Mike O’Neill led the POWER with two hits after he replaced Walton in the top of the 2^nd.  Congratulations to all of the POWER players who were nominated and played in the first Century 21 Mirage All-Star Game.
