The 2016 Palm Springs Power summer high school program was the most successful high school program in the Coachella Valley.  38 players represented 12 different high schools from CA, and Az.  10 players have already gone on to play college baseball. Six more have received college scholarship offers.  Don’t miss this opportunity to be seen by college scouts, improve your game, get summer workouts, and play weekly games with the best competition in the Valley.  This is a real workout and improvement program for serious players.

  • 2 to 2.5 Hour weekly practice twice a week on the Power turf.
  • Double-header games every weekend at Power Stadium.
  • Power coaches are college players and coaches as well as former professional baseball players.
  • Practices will be skill work, hitting, fielding, pitching, baserunning, bunting and overall baseball strategy.
  • Work will be position specific and players will be allowed to play multiple positions
  • Coaches will encourage players to work hard and improve, player evaluations will be ongoing with feedback to players weekly.

Program dates: June 8th to July 30th

Practices: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am- 10:00 am (Turf field behind stadium)

Games: Doubleheader Inland Empire League play on Saturday or Sunday mornings at the Power Stadium June 10th to July 30th.   One summer tournament included in July.

You Get:  1 Power Game Uniform (top quality not a T-shirt) Tackle twill lettering, 1- Power Game Hat, 1- Power practice dry fit, 1- Practice short, 1- pair red socks, 1- red belt. Free admission to all collegiate Power games. On-field recognition at 4th of July Power Game.

You provide white baseball pants and all workouts will be in full baseball gear except hitting only days.  * ALL PLAYERS ARE WELCOME but there are no guarantees for game playing time!
